Refund Policy

We stand behind MDM Liberator with a 30-day no-questions-asked money-back guarantee on the Pro ($59) and Consultant ($149) tiers. If you purchased within the last 30 days and are not satisfied for any reason, you are entitled to a full refund.

To request a refund, reply to your Gumroad purchase receipt email or contact us through your Gumroad account. We will process a full refund within 48 hours — no questions asked. Refunds are processed via Gumroad's payment system and typically appear on your statement within 5–10 business days depending on your bank.

The free MDM Checker tier has no cost, so there is nothing to refund. If you encountered a technical issue with the free checker, please report it via the issues page so we can fix it for everyone.

Refunds are not available after 30 days from the date of purchase. If you are outside the 30-day window but experienced a significant technical failure, contact us and we will review your case on its merits.

We do not offer partial refunds. All refunds are for the full purchase amount of the tier you bought.
