Free Local MDM Evidence Checker
A read-only scanner that inspects local MDM enrollment indicators, profile payloads, certificates, managed preferences, and supervision context without making changes to your system.
What the checker does

Run the checker
Open Terminal on your Mac and run this command. It downloads and executes the open-source checker script from mdmliberator.com.
The script is MIT licensed and open source. Read the source on GitHub before running it.
Understanding your results
The checker reports local evidence classifications instead of a misleading clean score. This is a local scan only. Activation Lock is not checked, modified, bypassed, or removed.
The scan did not find local MDM profiles or related traces. This is useful evidence, but it does not prove ownership or confirm ABM/ADE release.
A management profile is visible locally. Preserve the output and request written release confirmation from the seller, IT administrator, or organization that controls the profile.
ABM/ADE assignment is server-side. A local scan can show context, but release must come from the seller, organization, Apple-supported records, or the appropriate administrator.
Supervision can indicate organizational management context. Treat this as a documentation signal and avoid using the device outside your authorization.
